Conditions Générales de Vente (CGV) – AfrikDeals
1. Objet
These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between AfrikDeals and any user (hereinafter “the Client”) using paid services offered on the platform (premium advertisements, professional subscriptions, sponsored advertising).
2. Services concernés
AfrikDeals offers in particular:
- Ad promotion : promotion to the top of the list, priority display, increased visibility.
- Professional subscriptions : monthly or annual packages intended for real estate agencies, dealers, recruiters, traders.
- Sponsored advertising : advertising inserts, banners, strategic placements on the site and the application.
3. Commande
- Any order for a paid service is made directly on the platform via the user area.
- Validation of the order entails full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.
- AfrikDeals reserves the right to refuse any order that does not comply with its editorial policies or current legislation.
4. Prix et modalités de paiement
- The prices of services are indicated in local currency (FCFA) and inclusive of VAT.
- Payments can be made via mobile money, bank card, bank transfer or any other method offered by AfrikDeals.
- Payment is due upon ordering.
- No service will be activated without prior payment.
5. Durée des services
- Ad highlighting : valid for the duration chosen when ordering (eg: 7, 15 or 30 days).
- Professional subscriptions : monthly or annual, automatically renewable unless terminated by the customer.
- Sponsored advertising : duration defined in the contract or when ordering online.
6. Résiliation et remboursement
- Les services achetés ne sont ni remboursables ni échangeables, sauf en cas d’erreur causée par AfrikDeals (ex : non publication d’annonces payantes).
- The customer can cancel their subscription at any time via their user area.
- Any termination during the period does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Obligations du client
- The client undertakes to only publish advertisements that comply with current legislation.
- Advertising content must be validated by AfrikDeals before distribution.
- The customer guarantees AfrikDeals against any third-party claims related to the published content.
8. Responsabilités d’AfrikDeals
- AfrikDeals makes every effort to ensure the visibility of premium and sponsored ads.
- AfrikDeals does not guarantee the conclusion of a sale or transaction.
- In the event of a technical failure attributable to AfrikDeals, the customer may request a credit or an extension of the duration of the service.
9. Propriété intellectuelle
- The advertising content provided by the customer remains their property, but the customer grants AfrikDeals the right to distribute it on the platform.
10. Droit applicable et juridiction
- These T&Cs are subject to Beninese and Gabonese law.
- Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the country where the service was subscribed to.
